1. what is a log?
a log is your personal entry to the archive. it can take two forms:
— city log: your overall impression of a city, how it felt, how you lived it.
— space log: your experience of a specific place — a building, park, or public space that marked you.
2. how detailed should my text be?
keep it short and personal (up to 300 characters). describe how the city or space made you feel, the memory it carries for you, or the way you lived it.
3. what photos should i upload?
you can add up to five images. choose the ones that best capture your experience — they don’t need to be professional, just honest.
4. how do i name the city or space?
for cities, write the city name and country (e.g. madrid, spain). for spaces, it’s best to use the name as it appears on google maps so entries stay consistent and easy to find.
5. can i log both a city and a space?
yes. if you want to share both, make separate entries: one for the city and one for the specific space.
