centre pompidou: colorful shelter

in paris, where order rules its neoclassical streets, the pompidou bursts out as a strange relief. that day it sheltered me from the rain —a building turned refuge, even with its red escalators under repair. the plaza has been a stage for protests and voices; inside, even at half capacity, it remained what it always is: a space for escape, thought, and color.
